A: 95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment.

Prerequisites for speedy delivery:
  • Payment in full to our account
  • Complete shipping and billing addresses
  • No problems with the design

We ship via UPS in most cases. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two additional business days to ship.

The available shipping options can be found below. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a PO Box or an APO address, we will ship your order via United States Postal Service; no tracking information can be provided and delivery may take up to 6 weeks. Q: Can I exchange or return purchased products?
A: Spreadshirt's Fair Return Policy

Every ordered product at Spreadshirt is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away.

Promise:

  • If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
  • If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want.

Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explaination of the problem.

Q: Can I cancel or change an order?
A: To cancel or change an order, you must first check the status of your order to see if this is possible. To check the status of your order:
  • between the times of 8am-7pm ET Monday - Friday, you will be able to cancel or change your order by calling our customer service department at 1-800-381-0815.
  • If it is outside of normal business hours, then you must cancel your existing order and place a new one with the correct information. To do this, log into Your Spreadshirt and click the red "Cancel" button. If you do not do this, your order will automatically begin production the following morning.

Please note that once an order begins production, you can no longer make any changes and we cannot stop the shipment of your order.


Important: it is best to call us or cancel your order to make changes , as e-mails are answered during regular business hours in the order they are received. It is therefore possible that your order could begin production before your e-mail is processed and your changes would not be able to be made.
A: You can send a check or a money order if the payment is drawn in U.S. funds from a U.S. bank and made payable to Spreadshirt, Inc. Payment can be mailed to the following address:

Please note all checks received will be converted to ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions, and will be debited from your account. Your order will be processed once the transaction has cleared, which may take up to 5 business days. Please note we do not accept starter checks.

A: Yes, Spreadshirt offers two options for delivering to approximately two dozen international destinations.

UPS International Premium

  • Delivery typically takes between three and six business days
  • Order tracking available
  • Brokerage Service

USPS International Economy

  • Order tracking not available
  • Delivery takes up to 6 weeks
  • No service available for duty and customs

Please note: All packages which weigh over 4 lbs. will be shipped by USPS International Priority. We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes that apply on packages arriving in countries across the world from the USA. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.

A: You can log in to Your Spreadshirt anytime to view your order status. Your password can be found in your order confirmation email or by using the Forgot Password tool on the login page.
